Booty Ballet is a new, dynamic program that’s proven to give you a full-body workout and perky posterior! Booty ballet builds on traditional ballet conditioning principles that shape, sculpt, and stretch your muscles to help you look and feel amazing. This class stands out due to the integration of resistance training using booty bands and great music to get every participant sweating to the beat and coming back for more.

BOOTCAMP

Bootcamp combines all the best parts cardiovascular and endurance training. Adaptable to all levels and ages. You will be challenged through mid and low intensity exercises that will have you sweating and feeling energized. Work hard, feel good!

FIRE

Fire is 50% cardio, 50% muscular endurance in grit mode. You will increase the heat in this class focused on improving your cardiovascular levels all while sculpting your body. MOBILITY

Mobility is the combination of strength and flexibility. This class is designed to optimize movement and performance by increasing your muscles and joint’s range of motion. Alleviate your aches and pains, release tension and improve your quality of life. Come have a stretch with us!

TONING is class focused on defining, sculpting, and building lean muscle. You will gain muscular strength and endurance all while shedding that excess fat. High volume, low resistance workout with short rest intervals is your path to improving muscle tone and definition.
